{"id":1765,"date":"2015-03-21T10:05:05","date_gmt":"2015-03-21T10:05:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bitmap2lcd.com\/blog\/?p=1765"},"modified":"2015-03-21T10:05:05","modified_gmt":"2015-03-21T10:05:05","slug":"displaying-dynamic-analog-numbers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bitmap2lcd.com\/blog\/displaying-dynamic-analog-numbers\/","title":{"rendered":"Displaying Dynamic Analog Numbers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><em>Bitmap2LCD is a tool for programming small Graphic LCDs in embedded systems and a programmable graphic and text processing tool.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Displaying Dynamic Analog Numbers or Floating Point Numbers<\/h3>\n<p>The panel of parameters to show dynamic numbers is located In the extended part of the Work Canvas (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">blue arrow<\/span><\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>This feature can be used to simulate LCD panel designs with variable numbers, instead of leaving a blank area where a dynamic number will later be programmatically displayed on the target hardware.<\/p>\n<p>In the Analog Dynamic Value Panel (<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red arrow<\/span><\/strong>) You can define the X and Y coordinates, the Min and Max value, the value to display and choose between several decimal representation options.<\/p>\n<p>The number <span style=\"color: #339966;\">(<strong>green arrow<\/strong><\/span>) can be shown \/ hidden and its value changed using a Trackbar.
