Bitmap2LCD is a tool for programming small Graphic LCDs in embedded systems and a programmable text processing tool.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Rotating A GLCD font charset with Bitmap2LCD<\/h2>\n

Update V3.7c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Here’s an example on how to rotate a selected charset of a system font (90 degrees CW)<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 In the GLCD font <\/strong>main menu, click on the Enter font Script Mode item
\n<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Select the system Font, the font size and the fixed font<\/strong> option \u00a0(Green<\/strong> Arrow<\/strong><\/span><\/em>)<\/p>\n

3. Select the set of chars you want to rotate Inside the font panel,\u00a0for example here \u00a0ABCDE<\/strong> (R<\/strong>ed Arrow<\/strong><\/em><\/span>)<\/p>\n

4. \u00a0in the Font Edition<\/strong> main menu , or on the Editors Panel<\/strong> click the Convert\u00a0LCD Font\u00a0script to an editable Font\u00a0<\/strong>button ( \"Start<\/a> O<\/strong><\/span>range Arrow<\/span> fig 1<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n

Answer to the dialogs, until you see the open editable<\/strong> button in the dialog<\/p>\n

–> A .EFF<\/strong> (Editable Font File)\u00a0has been\u00a0created<\/p>\n

Then, you can see the editable font chars in the char list \u00a0(orange Arrow<\/span>, fig. 2<\/strong><\/em><\/span>)<\/p>\n

5. Rotate the chars 90 degrees clockwise (P<\/strong>urple Arrow <\/strong><\/em><\/span>)<\/p>\n

6. Convert Font Script to Data ( Yellow Arrow<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n
